"Luxembourg is now open for all kinds of traveling of Ukrainians, according to the recommendation of the Council of Europe. So, it's another European country, which we resume full-fledged visa-free regime with", reads the statement.
Earlier, 14 European countries allowed entry for Ukrainian travelers. In most cases, Ukrainians will be required to provide a full vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test performed at least 72 hours prior to the entry.
On July 15, the Council of Europe recommended the EU countries lift the entry restrictions for Ukrainian citizens. They will be able to visit these countries as long as they meet the pandemic-related entry requirements.
