President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has ordered the law enforcers to enhance work on the security of the state border. Particularly, Lukashenko has ordered to close the border of Belarus as BelTA reported.

“From today, any foot should not step in the territory of Belarus from the bordering side, from the south or from the west. Close each meter of the border. People should feel safe and it should know that there are men who are ready to protect them,” Lukashenko said.

As it was reported earlier, on July 2, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed border guards to completely close the border with Ukraine. According to him, a huge amount of weapons is being supplied to Belarus from Ukraine. The Ukrainian side has not received official notifications about the closure of the border from Belarus.
