The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko complained about the unfavorable situation for Minsk in the relation with Russia and kick-backs in some issues as he claimed to Russia-24.
According to Lukashenko, Russia shows the unwilling to develop the bilateral relations within the Common State. Russia blocks the Belarusian goods at the border and demands the citizens of other countries to cross Russian-Belarusian border only at special checkpoints.
The leader of Belarus stays that there is a necessity to move forward on the bilateral cooperation but the sides have to give kick-backs from time to time.
'We have a heavy debt in front of the society on the Agreement on Common State. We lost a lot in many directions. But the most horrible is that we allow the kick-backs in some issues'.
The joint Russian-Belarusian military drills West-2017 will take place in September. 13 000 of militaries will participate in them. The countries intend to check the capabilities on security provision during the drills.
