The High Court hearing in London continues the final day on the case of Yanukovych’s debt. Representatives of the Russian Federation require debt repayment, with interest, as well as judicial and legal expenses. Russian lawyers argue that the protection of Ukraine justification is not enough and it is not suitable for the hearing, so it is not necessary to carry out the trial. This was reported by the correspondent of Radio Liberty Bogdan Tsyupin in the air 112 Ukraine TV Channel.

"Today is expected to be the last day of hearings. It will be enough for the judge to issue his decision", said Tsyupin.

According to the representatives of Ukraine, it is impossible to deny the protection of the Ukrainian side.

"The representative of Ukraine is a reputable lawyer. He listed all the problems that had to deal with Ukraine at a time when, as he says, Kyiv was imposed on the debt and the loan under compulsion. He stresses that the Russian threats escalated into aggression in just a few months after the change of government in Kyiv. Lawyer notes that this is an ordinary debt dispute, and Russia has just invaded Ukraine. He urges to hold the hearing despite all", the correspondent reported.
