Three people detained in Odesa region during the elections to the united territorial communities. This was reported by the civilian network Opora.
"At the polling place No 510685, observers and trustees saw an attempt to issue ballot papers to persons who are not voters (these persons are registered in Podolsk, Odesa region). The investigative and operational group was summoned to the polling station, which detained three people and conducts investigative actions with them and two members of the commission, "the report said.
It is also noted that ballot papers were issued on this site to people who do not have the right to vote in this constituency.
"Such a situation caused outrage among voters and a scandal between them, candidates for deputies in this district and the chairman of the commission," added in the "Opora".
We recall, on December 25 elections to the united territorial communities were held at 391 sites within 51 territorial districts. Earlier it was reported that since the beginning of voting, the police received 23 reports of violations, of which 10 criminal cases were opened.
