The question with regard to Ukraine will be decided through diplomatic channels in the case of Le Pen elected French president, her team says

The team of the candidate for the French presidency, the leader of the National Front party Marine Le Pen commented on a possible ban on entry to Ukraine after the statements regarding the occupied Crimea. Reuters reports this referring to the press-secretary of Le Pen.

According to her, Le Pen, was not willing to go to Ukraine.

"Marine Le Pen had no intention of going to Ukraine anyway. This issue will be solved via diplomatic channels when she becomes president of the French Republic", said Le Pen’s spokesman.

Earlier it was reported that Marine Le Pen believes that Russia's annexation of the Crimea "is not illegal."

Le Pen has said that if she is elected as President of France, she will recognize Crimea as Russian territory. Also, a presidential candidate noted that the relations between Russia and France are important in a multipolar world and urged the need for the resolution of international crises.

The Security Service of Ukraine sent a letter to the Foreign Ministry on the prohibition of entry for the French presidency candidate, the leader of the National Front party Marine Le Pen to Ukraine.
