The Supreme Court of Ukraine received the claim to cancel Zelensky’s order, by which Andriy Bohdan was appointed as the Head of the Presidential Administration. The press service of the court reported this.
The social organization Public Lustration Committee wants to recognize the appointing of Bohdan unlawful. They filed the lawsuit on May 24.
At the same day, one more physical person filed against this decision as well. Both claims are registered under the flowing numbers: 9901/283/19 and 9901/284/19.
According to the report, the court will rule in five days from the registration moment.
Earlier, the new head of Presidential Administration of Ukraine is Andriy Bohdan. The respective decree has been released by the president's press office via the official website.
The document was signed May 21.
Andriy Bohdan previously served as Volodymyr Zelensky's counselor for legal issues; he also used to be the lawyer of Ihor Kolomoysky, the Ukrainian oligarch famous for his business ties to Zelensky.
