The Kremlin does not see the prerequisites for a meeting in "Norman format" before the NATO summit. Such a statement was made by a spokesman for the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, writes, "UNIAN".
"All countries of the Norman Quartet want to hold a productive meeting - this is true. And from the point of view that there are no prerequisites for such a meeting - it's not true", - Peskov said.

At the same time, he noted that for the Russian side such preconditions could occur only in the case when Ukrainian side demonstrate its readiness to take the steps that prescribed in the Minsk Agreement, but now Kremlin doesn't see such steps.
