The Kremlin officially denies being involved in conspiring against Montenegro Prime Minister Milo Dukanovic. This was announced today by press secretary of the President of Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, reports Interfax.
“We strongly deny the possibility of official involvement in any attempts to commit any crimes,” he noted,
Montenegro authorities did not file any official requests on investigation of the probable assassination attempt, Peskov also added.
Earlier it was reported that Ukraine, Montenegro, Albania, Liechtenstein and Norway join EU anti-Russia sanctions. Sanctions against physical and legal entities imposed in September has been extended until March 2017.
