Ukraine and LDNR have yet to agree on all the details regarding the upcoming exchange of prisoners, since the situation is not easy. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, reports RIA Novosti.

"In any case, the leaders of these unrecognized republics, having agreed with the initiative, noted that it is yet to agree on all the details of the liberation with Kyiv, but here the situation is very difficult," he said.

According to him, in this situation there are many complex problems.

"It's because Kyiv keeps many detained persons in the status of people commited especially grave crimes, that under the laws of Ukraine are not subject to amnesty. They bring under this category a variety of individuals, so there are a lot of problems," Peskov explained.
