Terrorist acts directed against unarmed civilians, financial and material support of pro-Kremlin militants, arms smuggling – these are the crimes committed by the Russian leadership against Ukraine. Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said this at a briefing broadcasted by 112 Ukraine TV channel.

‘Let me tell you what we are charging Russia with. The terrorist acts, such as MH17 downing, shelling of Mariupol’s residential quarters, destruction of passenger bus in Volnovakha, the blast during Union March in Kharkiv… We demand that Russia stop smuggling arms or any other sorts of assistance, training and funding illegal armed units, returning Ukraine control over part of Ukraine-Russia border so as to prevent further acts of terrorism. We expect the UN International Court to clearly state this – Russia violated the international law. And we are going to need respective compensation’, the official said.

As 112 International reported, Ukraine filed the lawsuit against Russia and submitted it at the UN International Court on Monday.
