Pavlo Klimkin, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, denies any consensus about the soon-to-be meeting of the Normandy Four. He said this while speaking to journalists. ‘There are no agreements about this meeting on the highest level,’ the official said.

The real result for us, since Russia us trying to distort the entire logic of Minsk peace process… we’re trying to adjust the common road map with 3 main directions. The first and the most fundamental direction is security. The second is certain sequence of political steps that are necessary; and the third is release of hostages and political prisoners. If there is no such roadmap and we’ve got no logical sequence of how to adjust it, then there’s no reason to hold such meeting’.
