Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin doubts about the prospects of a peace agreement with Russian Federation, which would cease attempts to destabilize Ukraine, in the near future, reports Mirror of the Week.
"We have to honestly say to ourselves and to society: we all need to tune in to the fact that fight against the Russian aggression will continue, it would not end tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. There is no magic way to achieve tomorrow some fantastic agreement, after which Russia will stop to destabilize us", said Klimkin.
In his opinion, any Ukraine's success to the Russian Federation is "a fundamental hit to the very logic of the Russian system."
"Therefore, today's Russia will not stop a sequence of actions to destabilize Ukraine. We should tune in to the fact that this fight will go on ... Well, there is no magic recipe, after which Russia would suddenly say, okay, live in peace, and we will no longer destabilize you," Klimkin said.
