North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un sent a message of sympathy to US President Donald Trump over his coronavirus disease, as Reuters reports with reference to the state media of North Korea.

The leader of the DPRK sent "warm greetings" to Trump and his wife, wished them all the best and expressed the hope that they would quickly recover from the coronavirus.

"He sincerely hoped that they would get well as soon as possible. He hoped that they would definitely get over it," KCNA reports.

As we reported before, US President Donald Trump and his wife Melania have become infected with the coronavirus. The American president wrote about this on his Twitter page.

"Tonight Melania and I tested positive for Covid-19. We will immediately begin the quarantine and recovery process. We will overcome this together," the president wrote.
