Leader of the DPRK Kim Jong-un has fallen into a coma, the country is led by his sister Kim Yo Jong. The New York Post reports with reference to the statement of the assistant to the ex-president of South Korea.
The news agency assured that the official's statement was made after South Korean intelligence officers learned that the 33-year-old sister of the DPRK leader is "de facto deputy commander", although there were no official appointments to this position.
It is noted that Kim Jong-un was seen in public only a few times this year after the media reported in April that the DPRK leader was in a "vegetative state" after heart surgery.
Jong Un's health issue was raised when the North Korean leader was unable to attend a ceremony honoring his grandfather Kim Il Sung at the Kumsusan Sun Palace.
As we reported before, North Korean dictator’s sister Kim Yo Chen threatened South Korea with military action by the DPRK army
"By exercising my power authorized by the supreme leader, our party and the state, I gave an instruction to the arms of the department in charge of the affairs with the enemy to decisively carry out the next action," Kim Jong-un sister said, without providing details about what kind of measures in question.
