Kerry: Ukraine, Russia should pull together to fully implement Minsk agreements

The U.S. Secretary of State held a briefing after the negotiations between G7 foreign ministers in Japan

“Over the course of the summit, we also discussed the conflict in Ukraine, I might add, with some determination to try to implement fully the Minsk agreement. In fact, we underscored the need for both parties – Russia and Ukraine, and Russia helping the separatists – to pull together the full implementation of Minsk process”, Kerry said while meeting with leading diplomats of the G7 member countries in Japan.
