The record number of the electorate voted for candidate for the presidency in the U.S. Joe Biden ever in the history of the United States as 112 Ukraine TV channel reported citing journalist Yana Tanchak.

“The record number of votes is spotted at the U.S. elections for the first time ever and Joe Biden gets them. Almost 70 million citizens voted for him. Trump received the votes of over 67 million Americans and it is more than in 2016,” she reported.

It is not the final data as the vote count continues.

“Besides, we observed the record turnout in 120 years. Trump wrote on Twitter that he is surprised that he lost the leadership in the key states,” the journalist concluded.

On November 3, the voting finished at the U.S. elections. The president, vice president, all 435 members of the House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate Congress are elected. Moreover, the governors of 13 states and territories are elected.

Currently, Joe Biden leads the race with 70 million of voices (50.2%). Donald Trump has over 67 million of voices (48.2%).
