Head of the Servant of the People Party Dmytro Razumkov

Servant of the People, the pro-presidential party that enjoyed a decisive victory in the parliamentary election in Ukraine has certain plans on reforms in this country. However, the will definitely taker some time to be implemented. Leader of the party Dmytro Razumkov said so during an evening show at 1+1 TV channel.

Commenting on the land market development, Razumkov said the following: "I think it's the right thing that the owner uses his property. This is your right, your constitutional right. So the position of our team is the following: we've got to open the land market". On the other hand, he added, it needs time to prepare the draft laws and discuss the disturbing issues.

As far as the pension reform is concerned, Razumkov said he would like to impose the fully funded pension plan. But, again, it needs time to see the transition from the current pension system.

In terms of the medical reform, the head of Servant of the People said he saw the future of insurance-based medicine - just not now. The problem here is that only working-age people can ensure their health now; but as far as children and the retired people are concerned, their needs have to be addressed, too.
