The work on the identification of deceased in the PS752 crash in Teheran has started in Iran, as ISNA news agency reports.

According to Head of Red Crescent Society of Iran Ibrahim Tajik, about 40 rescue teams sent to the site. All bodies from the site were transferred.

“In cooperation with Najaf international police, we assume steps to get the genetic samples from the relatives of deceased for DNA comparison and identification of victims,” the head of the identification center of police stated.

The procedure is necessary to find out all victims and identify everyone. It has started as all bodies were gathered.

According to the Islamic Republic News Agency, on January 9, Foreign Minister of Iran Mohammad-Javad Zarif and his Canadian counterpart François-Philippe Champagne held the phone talk on the crash.

On January 8, Boeing 737 of Ukraine's International Airlines, flight PS752 with 180 passengers aboard crashed in Tehran, not far from Imam Khomeini airport.

11 citizens of Ukraine died in the crash of Boeing 737 of Ukraine's International Airlines (PS 752 flight). President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the passenger plane crash in the Iranian capital left no survivors.

Preliminary, there were 167 passengers and nine crew members. The International Airlines of Ukraine published the names of the crew members deceased in the result of the crash. Later the air company published the list of passengers of PS752.

Besides, Ukraine stopped flights of Ukrainian airlines in the airspace of Iran from midnight on January 9, 2020.
