Hossein Dehghan, Advisor to the Islamic Revolution leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said that U.S. President Donald Trump is not keeping his promises. He cannot be trusted, and Iran will not negotiate with him under any circumstances. It is reported by MEHR.

"We respectfully say that we do not consider Trump worthy of negotiations, because we do not consider him a person who makes a promise and fulfills it. He is a businessman who just wants to empty people's pockets and look at everyone from this point of view," General Hossein Dehghan said in an interview for CBS News on August 25.

The military adviser to the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran added that Trump does not need a settlement of problems with Iran, he only wants to speculate on this topic on the eve of 2020 presidential election.
