It looks like international flights are unlikely to be resumed in the summer. This was stated by Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on the air of one of Ukrainian TV channels, RBC-Ukraine reports.
Kuleba noted that many European countries, which were powerful tourist destinations, "were wondering how to handle it all."
"There will be no full-fledged resumption of international flights during the summer. Yes, things are not ever going back to the way they were, this will not be the case," Kuleba said.
As we reported earlier, according to Head of Ukraine's State Agency of Development of Tourism Mariana Oleskiv, ‘health passports’ may appear in Ukraine if they are introduced in the world and if they are recommended by the WHO.
“If it is introduced in the world and recommended by the World Health Organization, it will be also implemented in Ukraine. But to do it, the whole world should understand which test is considered to be reasonable and how much advance it should be held, but there are no answers yet and any country has a clear procedure of issuance of such passports,” she said.
