The incident with an explosion of OSCE Special Monitoring Mission car in Luhansk region must be investigated, and the perpetrators - punished. This was underlined by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on his Facebook page.

"I express my condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased representative of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, and I wish the wounded to recover as soon as possible. I also gave the appropriate orders: Ukrainian doctors are ready to provide the necessary assistance if necessary, this crime must be investigated, and the guilty must be punished. I instructed the Minister of Foreign Affairs to be in constant coordination with the OSCE, "he said.

At the same time, Poroshenko stressed that the Ukrainian side condemns all forms of constant obstruction of the work of the OSCE SMM by militants. "Security and freedom of action must be guaranteed," he added.

Ukrainian MFA ststed that incident of blowing up the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission vehicle on the territory of  Luhansk region, which is not controlled by the Ukrainian government, confirms the attempts of the Russian Federation and its puppets to intimidate the observers of the mission.
