In Kyiv, protesters who came under the National Bank (NBU) demanding the resignation of its head Yakiv Smoliy and his deputy Kateryna Rozhkova broke into the corridor of the building. Oleksandr Dubinsky, MP from Servant of the People party reports in Telegram.
"Protesters broke into the building of the National Bank. The police are trying to squeeze them out. The number of people is growing day by day. On Wednesday, I will be there before the retreat of the committee in the NBU - to collect people's demands," - Dubinsky said.
Representatives of the country's metallurgical companies joined the participants of the action "Let's Stop Corruption in the NBU.”
As we reported, law enforcement officers did not detain members of the board and directors of departments of the National Bank of Ukraine during investigations into the embezzlement of 48.9 million dollars.
