"Land is the major resource of Ukraine, and we need to sort it out, where and how it would work. It's not about selling land per se, it is about having clear rules. We should not be selling land in a hurry, immediately as the political situation requires it today. We don't need a strange law, which allows buying most of the land", he said.

"I'm alerted by IMF promoting this issue. Ukrainians don't. And currently, for some reason, they say that without this issue being solved, the further development of reforms is being decelerated. It worries me. If such laws are passed, we might lose the major part of Ukraine's basic resources", he said.
