Human Rights Day: Ukraine urges Russia to release political prisoners

On the occasion of the Human Rights Day, Ukraine's foreign ministry demanded that Russia release all Ukrainians illegally detained, judged and held in Russian prisons. Maryana Betsa, the ministry's spokesperson posted this on Twitter.

'It's Human Rights Day. We demand that Russia cease repressions in the occupied Crimea and release all political prisoners and illegally detained persons,' she wrote.
