House Democrats unveiled new evidence that they plan to send to the Senate as part of their case to remove U.S. President Donald Trump from office, CNN reports.

Lev Parnas, Rudy Giuliani's associate, provided text messages and hand-written notes that add more details about the push for an investigation into Bidens.

According to the note, Parnas's chief objective in Ukraine was for its president to announce a criminal probe into Democratic frontrunner Joe Biden and his son.

"Get Zalensky to Annonce that the Biden case will be Investigated," Lev Parnas said in the misspelled note.

There was also another objective mentioned in the note: "Start commun[icating] with Zalensky without (Pinchuk or Kolomoisky)."

Joseph Bondy, Parnas' attorney, hand-delivered the contents of an iPhone to the Intelligence panel's staff over the weekend.

As we reported earlier, Rudy Giuliani, U.S. President Donald Trump's private lawyer, and a key figure in his impeachment said that he was prepared to do more than just testify at the Senate trial, ABC News informed.

"I would testify, I would do demonstrations. I would give lectures. I would give summations. Or, I would do what I do best, I would try the case,” Giuliani stated.

"I do not know if anybody would have the courage to give me the case, but, if you give me the case, I will prosecute it as a racketeering case, which I kind of invented anyway," he added.
