Heavenly Hundred Memorial in Kyiv

The memorial of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred in Kyiv will be dismantled for a certain period of time; UNN news agency reported that with reference to prosecutor Roman Psyuk, involved the case of killings of Euromaidan protesters in Kyiv in February 2014.  

‘We’re still conducting that investigation experiment; during the next week, the memorial will be temporarily removed,’ the official said. According to him, the memorial stands in the way as experts cannot duly complete the experiment on a particular spot at Instytutska street, where the tragedy actually took place.  

The Heavenly Hundred is a collective name given to the civil protesters who participated and bore the ideas of Euromaidan in Ukraine (the Revolution of Dignity) in December 2013 - February 2014.
