Hearing of violations of UN convention on Law of Sea by Russia occurs in Hague

The hearing at the suit of Ukraine about violation of UN convention on the Law of the Sea by Russia takes place in the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Pavlo Klimkin the Minister of the Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported this during the briefing that was broadcasted by 112 Ukraine.

The International Court of Justice of the UN denied Ukraine in imposing of the temporary measures towards Russia at the suit in the terrorism financing on April 19.  The court also denied at the suit in the race discrimination. However, the Court uphold the claim in part, determining the temporary measures towards Russia in the discrimination of the Crimean Tatar nation and compelled Russia to give an access to learning the Ukrainian language and proceed the work of Majlis. Moreover, the Court compelled Ukraine and Russia to completely fulfill the Minsk Agreements.
