The Ministry of Health of Ukraine is going to propose introducing strengthened quarantine in epidemic danger zones. Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov told about it on the air of ICTV TV channel, Ukrinform reported.

"At today’s session of the government we will suggest imposing stricter restrictions in our country, but without any lockdowns, things that will halt the economy. We understand that this is impossible now, we cannot introduce the second lockdown in the country," Stepanov said.

According to him, the initiative provides for a ban on mass events involving more than 50 people for the cities in the "green" zone, more than 30 - in the "yellow", more than 20 - in the "orange", and a total ban for the "red" zone.

As we reported earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is asked to finish the current 2020 ahead of time.

In this petition, the author raises a question of the early announcement of the end of 2020 by any available means - by order, court decision, changes to the Constitution, or a regulatory legal act. The author explains his request by the fact that the current year has become a disaster for Ukraine and the world.
