The headquarters of ex-presidential candidate of Belarus Svetlana Tsikhanouskaya said that they had not received any messages regarding the inclusion of the Belarusian oppositionist in the search database of the Russian Interior Ministry, Interfax reported.
"We do not know. Svetlana did not receive any messages. And in general, it is of little interest," the headquarters said.
As we reported before, leader of the Belarusian opposition Svetlana Tsikhanouskaya met Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and the MPs from the parliamentary factions Alliance 90/The Greens and CDU/CSU.
Tsikhanouskaya stated during the talk with Merkel that the protests “are not the fight against Russia or Europe but a consequence of the inner Belarusian crisis. The main goal of people is to hold new elections”.
“It is important to hold them soon because during 26 years people (in Belarus) lived under pressure, and they do not want to put up with this,” Tsikhanouskaya added.
