The Court of Justice of the EU canceled the decision of tribunal, which in 2014 ruled to exclude Hamas movement from the list of terrorist organizations.

‘Court of Justice declares that the General Court should not have annulled Hamas’ retention on the European list of terrorist organizations and refers the case back to the General Court,’ the decision reads.

Previously, in December 2014, the EU excluded Hamas from the list of terrorist organizations; it is officially considered a terrorist movement in Israel, Canada, USA and Japan.
