2017 state budget and priorities for next year
We were very clear about our priorities for 2017, including, specifically, the agricultural industry. That is, there are sectors with huge potential. We should complete this comprehensive land reform by 2020, which meets the interests of Ukrainian citizens and the Ukrainian state. We’ve got to stimulate the agricultural industry via various support programs. We allocated costs to support cattle breeding, gardening and farm machine industry. That leads to economic development and creation of new work places.
Stable economic development
Our task is to complete the action plan. The main goal is to maintain stable economic development. That’s the supposition of creating high-quality national product and creating favorable conditions and new work places in Ukraine. People should get their jobs and get paid for their work, and our products should be competitive enough.
Prospects of effective management in Ukraine
The effective management will, in particular, include issues of e-management. That, in turn, will have positive influence on effective fighting against corruption. That is, whenever an official, a living person, chooses what kind of decision he’d make, there’s always a chance for corrupt act. So, the e-governance is supposed to be extremely effective in terms openness, transparency and inclusiveness. We should realize what kind of decisions people can make so that others understand how they can change that.
