The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine practically did nothing to create even minimal conditions for people on the occupied territory of Donbass.  The Deputy Minister of Temporarily Occupied Territories George Tuka declared so yesterday on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“When I hear calls to let Ukrainians in Donbass to just endure it, I always advise such people to go there and endure it themselves. For instance, we forbid to take drinking water there. Do people suffer from thirst there? No. They buy water that comes from Russian territory. Then what is the meaning of such a restraint? Terrorists do not travel there and back again. There would have been many people who would move to controlled territories of Ukraine. In view of the fact that Ukraine did not accept them, the government failed to create minimal conditions for these people. A lot of people had to return”, Tuka announced.

Such conditions are deliberately created in his opinion.

“I only see one motivation for this – someone earns big money on these pseudo restraints. Many people are interested in these restraining mechanisms and earn a lot from this,” Deputy Minister believes.

Earlier it was reported that to the uncontrollable by Ukraine territory of Donbas have proceeded 9 trucks with  humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross Mission and the charitable organization "People in Need". It is reported by the press service of State Border Service of Ukraine.
