Rudy Giuliani, Trump's counselor

Rudolph Giuliani, the lawyer of U.S. President Donald Trump, stated that intentions of full-scale reforms announced by Zelensky are good; however, he finds some steps to be quite controversial as reported.

“I cannot speak for the president as I am just his personal lawyer. But my advice is so: let’s see what he does. It is not told by me: the words worth not much. And though I think that the intentions announced by Zelensky are good, I divide them: I find some steps to be quite controversial. And it is important to say the right things and do them. So, let’s see,” Giuliani stated.

He added that he hopes that the investigation will not be interrupted.

“Professionally, I am concerned only by the thing that the investigation should not be interrupted. I did not hear that he (President Zelensky, - 112.internaitonal) spoke about it. I see nothing difficult to say: “Somebody investigates it”. Or: “The investigation will be passed to this person; we fully investigate it and let it be so”. It is simply to say. Let us see whether he will do it,” Giuliani added.
