Germany to spend 400 million Euros on surveillance satellites

The devices are to be launched by 2020

The German government plans to assign 400 million Euros for purchasing surveillance satellites. According to Markische Allgemeine Zeitung, the respective decision has been approved by the Bundestag’s Budget Committee.

In 2018-2020, the German Cabinet plans to launch three satellites annually.
