Head of Gazprom Aleksey Miller and Russia’s Energy Minister will be present at the bilateral meeting of President of Ukraine and Russia – Volodymyr Zelensky and Vladimir Putin, as RIA News reported.
“Whether the gas issue will be discussed is not specified; however, it is known that from the Russian side, Gazprom Head Aleksey Miller and Russia’s Energy Minister Aleksey Novak will be present. Besides, Putin’s Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, presidential assistant Vladyslav Surkov and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will be also present,” the message said.
The leaders of France, Germany, Russia, and Ukraine will meet in Paris on December 9 for the first time in three years in the attempt to intensify the efforts in the search of peace settlement of Donbas Conflict.
Two bilateral meetings are planned: Angela Merkel will meet Vladimir Putin (4:00 p.m. Kyiv time) and Volodymyr Zelensky (4:30 p.m. Kyiv time). The Normandy Summit will last for three hours.
