The statements of the representative of the Ukrainian delegation Vitold Fokin on Donbas do not reflect the official position of Ukraine. Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said so as the press service of the President’s Office reports.
"Some comments made in an interview with Vitold Fokin, deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation in the Minsk Trilateral Contact Group, do not reflect Ukraine's official position," Yermak said.
According to him, most of the positions expressed by Vitold Fokin, in fact, reflect the position of the first and second Minsk agreements.
Yermak noted that the amnesty cannot apply to persons who committed war crimes, took hostages, tortured and killed prisoners, trafficked people, participated in financing terrorism and committed some other serious crimes.
