The leaflets with calls to unite with the so-called Donetsk Republic are distributed in the occupied Luhansk. This was stated deputy chairman of the Luhansk military-civil administration Yuri Klymenko.
"According to our data, leaflets with the text are spreaded on the territory of Luhansk. The text assures that it is necessary to unite in a single republic," he said.
Klymenko suggests that in this way people would be prepared for the united "republics".
"The people are slowly preparing for such an association, the next step will be the dissemination of such appeals in the media on the occupied territories," the deputy head said.
He is convinced that Russia will benefit from this, since vectors are very different in the territories of the "DPR" and "LPR".
"In the territory of the occupied Luhansk region, they do not exclude association with Ukraine, whereas in Donetsk authorities are categorically against it," Klymenko said.
If the association takes place, it will be a gross violation of the Minsk agreements, the format of the negotiations will have to be changed, "said the deputy head of the Luhansk Administration.
