Far-right activists approached the building of the Presidential Office and held a rally there - two, actually. The protesters demanded that President Zelensky reacts to Viktor Medvedchuk's visits to Russia and his meetings and negotiations with the leaders of Russian occupants.
As is known, on June 27, Head of the Political Council of Opposition Platform - For Life party Viktor Medvedchuk agreed on the release of four Ukrainian captives from the occupied Donbas. Roman Chernyshov, the member of the National Corps movement streamed the event live on Facebook.
The activists addressed the head of the state, asking him to explain who Medvedchuk was and why would he get the right to meet the Russian mercenaries and representatives of the aggressor country, discussing the issues of nation-wide matters and representing the country's interests.
Chernyshov explained that the rallies against Medvedchuk would continue because the activists are concerned about special services taking to action in this regard. The far-rights set a tent with the banner with Medvedchuk's photo on it; they pelted it with eggs.
Apart from that, another rally took place near Zelensky's office; protesters 'mourned for the Constitution', implying that Zelensky and his team completely abuse the Basic Law of Ukraine. They demanded to fire Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Bohdan and the President's press secretary Yulia Mendel. The activists brought a coffin to the Office building, implying that the Constitution is dead and is about to be buried.
