Nearly 200 military officers of the intelligence battalion of the Defense Forces of Estonia and 503rd US Cavalry Regiment will start a three-day march in the northern east of the country along the border with Russia. This was reported by the press service of the Defense Forces of Estonia to Interfax.
The campaign will start from the Voka village where they will arrive by motorized means from Tapa town and further will footslog. During the 53 kilometer walkway they will pass through three towns.
It is reported that they will work on team building and familiarize pupils of North East with their activity.
During the march Estonian and American soldiers will work on cooperation at the level of departments, platoons and companies. Soldiers will move in their full field equipment.
Earlier it was reported that U.S. military vehicles arrive in Estonia. American soldiers will be stationed there till spring.
