Estonia will allocate 1 million euros to Ukraine. This money will be used to help curb the humanitarian crisis. This was stated in the message on Twitter of the Estonian Foreign Ministry.

The funds should be received this year.

"In recent years, almost a third of Estonia's humanitarian aid has been sent to Ukraine. We will continue to support it and help those in need," the statement said.

On May 20, the President of Ukraine and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia signed a Joint Statement on the priority areas of bilateral cooperation. The document separately records Estonia's readiness to support the upcoming accession of Ukraine to the EU and the disposition to help our state achieve the membership criteria.
