The European Investment Bank (EIB) will allocate 50 million euros to Ukraine for the purchase of vaccines for the population and modern refrigeration equipment for the network of vaccination centers. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian government.
"A corresponding letter on the amendments to the Financing Agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank was signed during the Prime Minister's working visit to the EIB headquarters in Luxembourg that took place on February 12. The EIB is expected to allocate funds under the following project - 'Municipal Development Program infrastructure of Ukraine'," reads the message.

At the same time, the EIB will also allocate 270 million euros for the modernization of Boryspil International Airport - the funds will be used to improve the airport's energy efficiency, aviation security, and operational stability.
