Text of the draft law No. 5369 by President Volodymyr Zelensky appeared on the website of the Ukrainian Parliament. The document provides for liquidation of the District administrative court of Kyiv.

Instead, Zelensky intends to create Kyiv city district administrative court. This is mentioned in the same bill.

The District administrative court of Kyiv will stop working on the day when the bill takes effect. Until the new court takes action, the Kyiv district administrative court will be looking into respective administrative cases.

According to Part 2, Art. 125 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the court is created, reorganized, and eliminated by the law, which is filed by the President of Ukraine after consultation with the High Council of Justice.

"The court could not regain trust but managed to get back to scandals and odd decisions, which are too far from the meaning of justice. Enough of the vaults with millions in cash owned by those close to the court's leaders or expectations of new tapes from the offices of judges who believe they overpower everything in this country. The court that can devastate any achievement of the state with a single decision will be eliminated. Consider it a signal for any court that betrayed respect for the law", Zelensky said, commenting on the law that he submitted for the Parliament's consideration.
