North Korea sells weapons to those countries, which are under international sanctions. Reads the report of the UN experts, The Wall Street Journal reports.  

The report states on the sale of North Korean weapons to Syria, Libya, Yemen. It is also noted that North Korea increased the oil import from Russia and China.

It is reported that the report provides countless examples of coal supply from DPRK to China, the organizers tried to use the most difficult routes for observation.
