North Korea can test a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean. This was stated by the Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Lee Yong-ho, Yonhapnews report.

The minister was asked to comment on the words of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, who warned about the actions "at the highest level" in response to the words of U.S. President Donald Trump.  

"It may be the most powerful explosion of a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean, we have no idea what actions can be taken, as the Kim Jong-un gives orders," the minister said on the sidelines of the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

Earlier, Kim Jong-un said that Trump "will pay" for his words about the possibility of destroying the DPRK.

As it was reported earlier DPRK almost completed creation of its nuclear armed forces, according to Kim Jong-un. On September 15, North Korea conducted a missile launch in the direction of Japan. At the same time, South Korea immediately responded with its ballistic missile in response to the launch of the DPRK side.
