On October 22, “the law enforcers” detained Bohachev on his way out of Khoroshovo, where he has a house. The ex-Secretary of City Council is not allowed to see the lawyers and his relatives. No reports on his health, conditions of detention and charges made.

According to the news agency, “ex-Head of Donetsk Administration” Igor Martyniv says that Bohachev has stolen the council’s seal in 2014.
