Head of the Ukrainian delegation in Minsk trilateral contact group (TCG) Leonid Kravchuk demands that Russian militants let the Red Cross mission visit the captured Ukrainians in prisons in the occupied Donbas. Press department of the Office of the President of Ukraine reported that.

"All appeals regarding the access of the Red Cross to detained citizens of Ukraine are rudely ignored and disobeyed by the representatives of the occupied territories [backed by] the Russian Federation", Kravchuk said.

The official reiterated that only Ukrainian side currently lives up to agreements of leaders of the Normandy format about the access of the Red Cross mission to the captured people in Donbas. Neither Russia-backed mercenaries, nor the Russian Federation abide by the agreement. According to him, Ukraine asked to visit 175 of its citizens in the occupied Donbas; and positive response was only provided in one case.
