In Paris, the banner with the sign ‘Donald Trump LOSER’ was put up at the Eiffel Tower as the users of Twitter reported.
It is noted that the banner was hung by Greenpeace due to the refusal of Donald Trump to return to the Climate Agreement.
On November 22, Donald Trump stood against the Paris Agreement on climate change.
“To protect the American workers, I withdrew the U.S. from the unfair and unilateral Paris Climate Agreement that is unfair act for the United States,” Trump said.
Donald Trump stated that international agreement is not intended for the protection of the environment. It was developed "to destroy the American economy", he said.

However, newly-elected president Joe Biden promises to return his country to the climate ceal.
Paris Agreement was signed on December 12, 2015. Over 180 countries joined it. The main goal is to keep the increase in global average temperature to well below 2 °C (3.6 °F) above pre-industrial levels; and to pursue efforts to limit the increase to 1.5 °C (2.7 °F), recognizing that this would substantially reduce the risks and impacts of climate change.
The U.S. officially withdrew from the agreement on November 4. Besides, America officially withdrew from the Treaty on Open Skies.
