Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada appointed Dmytro Razumkov as the Head of Ukrainian Parliament of the 9th convocation.
Dmytro Razumkov is the head of the president’s party – The Servant of the People, a political scientist. Razumkov was a speaker of the campaign office of Volodymyr Zelensky.
Dmytro Razumkovstudied International Economic Relations at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He also received a law degree from the National State Tax Service University.
Razumkov is the managing director of the Ukrainian Politconsulting Group. He was a member of the Party of Regions from 2006 to 2010. He was Assistant of Member of Ukrainian Parliament Valeriya Matyukha (Party of Regions) in 2006-07. Razumkov was a political advisor to Volodymyr Zelenskiy's 2019 presidential campaign.
His late father Oleksandr Razumkov was a former Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Razumkov is married and has two children.
