Dialogue with official Moscow should be based in terms of force. Paolo Alli, the president of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly stated this during the meeting with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Prague. The European Truth reported this.

According to Alli, the members of NATO should respond the way Russia conducts the international policy, using force as the argument. ‘The dialogue with Russia should be based in terms of force as far Putin does not understand another’, he said.

He also expressed the firmness, that there is no expectation that the Russian approach will change while Putin is the leader of Russia. ‘Unfortunately, it will not change at least until the new election of the President in Russia’, he claimed.

Paolo Alli emphasized that he represents his own position and it is not the official position of NATO. The management of NATO claims to be open for a political dialogue with Russia while de-facto the cooperation is stopped due to the aggressive policy of Kremlin.
